A World of Partners, Not Isolation
America’s strength has always come from its people—innovative, open, and willing to work together. But our strength on the world stage is magnified when we collaborate across borders to secure peace, enforce fair labor, open new markets, and build lasting relationships with allies.
We reject the idea that America can or should act alone. We believe in building strategic trade partnerships that expand American exports—especially the world-changing services, ideas, and innovations that define our modern economy. While we value and support domestic manufacturing, we recognize that many American jobs are now global in reach. Services—not just things—are our future.
To that end:
Congress, not the President, must approve international trade agreements and tariffs. The economy must not be subject to executive whim.
We will build trade partnerships not just with Mexico and Canada, but with emerging markets across Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia—ensuring American values and products reach every corner of the world.
We will modernize and strengthen worker protections and export conditions so that international trade lifts all boats, not just corporate profits.
Globalism Is Not the Enemy—Isolation Is
International engagement is not a surrender of sovereignty—it’s an expansion of influence. Treaties, alliances, and global institutions are not constraints; they are tools of power that amplify the voice of the American people. When we invest in relationships abroad, we build coalitions that deter conflict, promote trade, and ensure that American travelers, entrepreneurs, and ideas are welcomed—not isolated.
We don’t just export products. We export values, creativity, and leadership. America’s most powerful exports are its services, its innovations, and its ideals. That is what defines 21st-century strength.
Every Region Matters—Urban, Suburban, and Rural
America’s strength comes not from any one region, but from the diversity of its landscapes and communities. Our cities are hubs of creativity and commerce. Our suburbs foster families and growing small businesses. Our rural towns hold deep roots and unmatched resilience.
We believe every American should have the freedom to live and thrive in the place they call home—whether that’s a high-rise downtown or the neighborhood where they were raised. You shouldn't have to leave your hometown to find opportunity. You shouldn't be forced into cities for economic survival—or trapped in declining communities without support.
That’s why our promise is clear: no community will be left behind. But we also won’t subsidize outdated industries or unprofitable legacy ideas that only serve to delay change. Instead, we will invest in local innovation, support rural broadband, build modern infrastructure, and promote industries that offer a future, not just a past.
This is a national renewal, rooted in place, connected by purpose. From farming towns to factory floors to fintech corridors, every region has a role to play in America’s next chapter.
Immigration Policy That’s Firm, Fair, and Future-Focused
Border security must be real and enforced—no illegal crossings should be permitted. But we also recognize that immigration has long been a source of American strength, not weakness. It's time for a modern work visa program: flexible, fair, and fast. If someone wants to come to America to work, pay taxes, support a family, and contribute to our society, they should be welcomed—not blocked by bureaucracy.
We can create strict enforcement mechanisms to remove anyone who breaks the law, while also building a system that encourages honesty, dignity, and economic participation. We need workers, and the world wants to work with us. Let’s make that happen.
America’s success has always depended on people who come here to work hard, pay taxes, and build better futures for their families. We believe in strict but fair immigration laws, and that no unauthorized crossings should be allowed.
A flexible and efficient work visa program will ensure that America’s workforce remains strong and dynamic.
Immigrants who come here legally, contribute to society, and pay taxes should be welcomed—even if they send remittances to family back home.
We will enforce zero tolerance for criminal activity among guest workers, while making the application and approval process faster and fairer.
We will treat immigration not as a crisis to exploit, but as an opportunity to grow stronger.
Trade is a Tool of Peace and Prosperity—And Congress Must Lead
Trade is more than an economic exchange—it is a declaration of mutual trust, cooperation, and shared future. Our prosperity at home and our influence abroad are rooted in how well we partner with the world.
We believe in reclaiming critical manufacturing—but not by cutting off our neighbors. Instead, we will partner with Mexico and Canada, building a North American production strategy that works across borders and brings high-skill, high-value jobs back to the U.S. Global supply chains should serve the American worker—not exploit labor abroad or undercut standards at home.
We will balance trade with diplomacy, working with countries like China where necessary, while standing firm on human rights, fair labor, and intellectual property. Strength does not require hostility.
We believe in fair, strategic trade agreements that serve the American worker and the global common good. We already benefit from robust trade with Canada and Mexico—but our vision goes further. We will pursue new trade partnerships across the globe: with African nations eager to rise, Southeast Asian economies shaping the future, and emerging democracies that share our values.
But trade policy should not rest in the hands of any single president. Tariffs are taxes, and only Congress has the constitutional authority to tax. No president—regardless of party—should be allowed to damage our relationships, weaponize trade, or bypass the will of the American people. The days of economic instability caused by executive whim must end.
We will work with Congress to enshrine modern trade agreements into law, not executive memo. These deals must be transparent, debated, and passed with the support of the people’s representatives—not signed behind closed doors.
Our promise: America will lead through partnership, not isolation. We will use trade as a lever for climate resilience, human rights, economic security, and peace. And we will do so through a constitutional process that respects the balance of power and the wisdom of working together.
Big Tech Reform: Restoring Balance in the Digital Era
Technology connects us, informs us, and fuels our economy—but it must serve the public good, not just shareholder profit or authoritarian governments.
We will:
End blanket Section 230 immunity for platforms that use algorithmic promotion. Editorial decisions should mean editorial responsibility.
Require full transparency in how content is boosted or suppressed.
Enact a Digital Bill of Rights: users must own their data, control how it’s shared, and have the right to delete it.
Enforce privacy laws that stop companies from selling biometric or location data.
Support nonprofit, civic-focused public digital infrastructure, especially for journalism and education.
Break up tech monopolies that own the platform, the product, and the ad network.
Ban foreign governments from influencing our digital platforms—particularly the Chinese Communist Party.
Require watermarking of AI-generated content and prosecute malicious deepfake use.
Energy Independence Is Here—Let’s Build the Grid of the Future
America is already a global energy leader. We produce our own power and sell it to others. The next step is to modernize our grid, build interstate energy networks, and balance our sources—wind, solar, hydro, nuclear, and battery storage. Climate responsibility is not weakness—it is leadership. A resilient, clean, and diversified energy strategy will strengthen our economy, reduce risk, and position the U.S. at the forefront of the 21st-century industrial revolution.
Build a 21st-century National Grid that balances wind, solar, hydro, nuclear, and traditional energy sources with regional battery storage.
Invest in interstate infrastructure agreements to support transmission and disaster resilience.
Protect our energy independence while helping the world move toward climate resilience and economic cooperation.
Our Promise in Full
We will lead with strength and principle on the global stage, building partnerships that reflect the will of the American people.
We will protect our borders, but we will never close our doors to honest work or open hearts.
We will defend American jobs, but we will not fear progress—we will shape it.
We will honor every community—rural and urban, coastal and inland—and make sure no place is left behind.
We will secure our digital future with freedom, transparency, and accountability.
And we will trust in the strength of our people, no matter where they come from, what language they speak, or where they live today.
This is what sovereignty looks like in a democracy.
This is what security looks like in the 21st century.
This is the American promise.
